Bonvario
Eurodrives are imported from the one of
the world’s top ranking gearbox
manufacturer and are high quality gearbox
speed reducers manufactured with high
quality material in order to guarantee
the maximum reliability and strength for
long life. Gearbox Worm shaft are made
of steel, which are case, hardened to
58-60 HRC and profile ground. The thread
grinding in the gear ratios that the module
value permits is carried out with ZI-
profile. This improves the contact between
the toothed surface and therefore performance.
This also reduces operating noise of the
gearbox. The worm wheel has a G20 cast
iron hub onto which a casting in AB1 bronze
RIM is fitted. To guarantee long life,
ball bearings of reputed make are used.

for worm and helical applications. The
range starts from light weight high power
aluminium worm gearbox speed reducers
to powerful cast iron casing worm &
helical gearbox speed reducers followed
by stepless variators.
Bonvario
aluminium casing BL series speed reducers
are available in 10 sizes from 25 to 150
for requirement of drives upto 15kw. A
range of standard ratios from 7.5 to 100
gives wide choice of output speed. These
reducers are available in universal mounting
and can be mounted on all directions.
BL series gearbox housing & flanges
are made out to aluminium alloy upto sizes
110 or above cast iron is used. These
series gearboxes are filled with synthetic
oil grade ISO VG 320 which is virtually
maintenance free and does not require
oil change.
Bonvario
BC Series Cast Iron Casing Speed Reducer
is available in range of 12 sizes from
size 40 to 250 (112 to 700) for requirement
of drives upto 50 KW. A range of standard
ratios gives a wide choice of output speeds
from 5:1 to 60:1. These gear boxes are
also available in double reduction for
required ratios of 1:80 to 1:3600.These
reducers are also available in adaptable
series for multiple mounting options.
Along
with these we also have helical gearboxes
which will be launched shortly in Indian
market along with stepless variators.
