Uflex Ltd- Engineering Div, a leading name in packaging & converting machines, listed itself under the companies getting in on-spot deals at PackPlus South 2011. The company sold its all new Pick-Fill-Seal (PFS) machine to Ghanta Foods-Bahbino Agro, Hyderabad on the third day of the exhibition. 

The PFS machine from Uflex is a fully automatic, intermittent motion, 10 station rotary indexing filling and sealing machine used to pack powder, granules, liquids and paste in preformed pouches. “It is a state-of-the-art mechanical robotic system, which has a close loop smart control system ensuring no pick-no fill & no fill-no seal,” said Mohamed Shadab, Executive Marketing, Uflex Ltd. “The machine also has an automatic in-feed conveyor system for preformed pouches and an out-feed dispensing ramp for the filled and sealed out-going pouches,” he dded.

The company also received several enquiries for its Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machine at the exhibition.
