Saurabh Flexipack Systems Pvt. Ltd. introduces a high speed Kawach Servo Bagger, working in intermittent motion and giving a speed of upto 120 pouches/min. The machine comes with suitable filling systems like auger, cup and multi-head weigh filler for packing up to 50 gm.

Bagger is considered to be the most suitable mode of packing ground spices or any powder. All the operations like sealing, film pulling, unwinding are carried by servo. Motion CPU is used for controlling servo motors to operate in synchronization.
The machine comes with several advance systems like auto web tracking, auto film tension control, auto film splicing, self fault diagnostic system, computer and internet connectivity and pneumatic roll holding shaft. It also generates reports related to production, accuracy and breakdowns.
