200 exhibitors already in place, Participation
from big wigs of industry, Plenteous visitors' pre-registration,
Global reach, Surging Industry Support…the Special
edition of India Packaging Show 2010 and
the first ever exhibition on the Indian Bulk Packaging Industry
– Bulk Pack 2010 is all set to deliver…
Few weeks from now the India Packaging Show is going to
hit the Southern Venue with concurrent Bulk Pack 2010. The
dynamic city of Hyderabad has been quickly endorsed by the
exhibitors and visitors from India and abroad as an appropriate
venue. A total of 200 companies have already signed up for
the Show and the number is expected to reach 250 before
the curtains go up. With these facts, the Show scheduled
from 9-12 April 2010 at Hitex, Hyderabad is set to be the
second largest packaging event in the country and the leading
exhibition in the region.
The packaging industry in South India has seen a consistent
upsurge riding an above average industry growth in the region.
“Many of the industry players have a presence in the
south of the country and many more are in queue to explore
the growing opportunities of the region,” says Neetu
Arora on behalf of Print-Packaging.Com, the organizers of
the Show.
“The Southern venture of India Packaging Show will
benefit the already established companies in creating a
new customer base and the new ones to prospect the untapped
markets,” she adds.
The Indian Bulk Packaging Industry has been on a growth
path with the rising requirement of volume and industrial
packaging. Bulk Pack 2010 has been widely welcomed by the
all the stake holders including the converters, suppliers
and end users. “This is the first time a show has
been held exclusively for this vibrant segment anywhere
in Asia and maybe even in the world,” states Neetu
Arora.
“We hope the show will become a catalyst for the latent
demand for use of bulk packaging in newer areas” she
says.
Organised in association with Federation of Andhra Pradesh
Chambers of Commerce and Industry, India Packaging Show
and Bulk Pack 2010 is supported by the Indian Flexible Intermediate
Bulk Container Association (IFIBCA), All India Flat Tape
Manufacturers Association (AIFTMA), Bulk Drug Manufacturers
Association India (BDMA), All India Food Processors Association,
Hologram Manufacturers Association of India (HoMaI) and
Indian Biscuits Manufacturers' Association (IBMA).
“With good bookings, great response and a track record
of effective management of the venue, the portents are for
a big hit. This Southern venture will effectively set the
stage for a mega PackPlus 2010 scheduled from 3-6 Dec in
New Delhi,” concludes Neetu Arora.
