Hapa-Laetus To Launch Blister Customisation System At PPMA Show
Hapa-Laetus
is showing its system for late-stage customisation of pre-cut
pharmaceutical blisters for the first time in the UK at this year's
PPMA Show.
The Hapa 807
BlisterJet system is designed to improve productivity by enabling
offline printing of market, or customer specific data onto generic
packs that have been produced in large runs.
The BlisterJet
can print one or two colours at speeds of 200 blisters per minute
and the system includes the Laetus Polycheck that is designed
to check printing on paper, aluminium and plastic films in a range
of sizes from small labels to wide blister webs.
The Laetus
Inspect camera system for checking linear and 2D barcodes will
also be on display.
Switzerland-based
Hapa and German firm Laetus are both part of the Coesia Group.
Hapa-Laetus
UK will be on stand B50 at the PPMA Show, which runs from 30 September
to 2 October at the NEC in Birmingham.
