Engineers Launches New Products
Creed
Engineers recently launched a series of new products
in India on behalf of their principals. The new Aquaflex
ELS Servo guarantees high-quality printing at speeds
up to 1,000 FPM, eliminates clutches, motors, gearboxes,
and gear trains, no gear marking, eliminating the need
for special gearing for different repeats, eliminating
imperfect ratios in determining mesh between the plate
and impression cylinders, faster changeovers, faster
make-readies with less materials waste, automatic registration,
accommodation of different cylinder sizes with infinite
adjustment, fewer moving parts and lower maintenance
costs and no performance degradation.
“With
all the global hype about the advantages of using RFID
for different industries
including logistics, access control, local transport,
retail etc, it is fast becoming the Indian
Convertors choice for forward integration. Most label
printers and convertors foresee RFID as the technology
of the future to provide value added labels and the
Schober RFID Tag Inserter is the ideal entry level machine
for the same,” says Ranesh Bajaj of Creed Engineers.
Hyderabad based Hitech Print Systems is already well
down this path with the installation of the first RFID
Tag Inserter from Schober at their Vijaywada facility.
Hitech plans to use this technology to implement it
for various applications in the security printing sector
as well.
Also from the house of creed Engineers is the VECTRA
range of Turret rewinders, provides for options like
core or core less rewinding, tail gluing or closing
with a numbered label to make each roll unique, and
automatic core loading, all make the automation process
even more efficient.
