Autoprint ties up with Spanish Company
Rotary Intermittent Label press to be manufactured in India
It’s the revolution that the Label Printing Industry has been waiting for: a Rotary letter press Intermittent Label Printing Machine, ideal for short to medium runs at economical cost. Autoprint is the first Indian company to start manufacture of an International branded premier “Narrow Web UV Rotary Letter Press Intermittent Label Printing Machine” in collaboration with Mida Maquinaria, Spain.
Mida Maquinaria, Spain is a company with international presence and has installed more than 250 machines in the span of 12 years globally with the brand name Alca. Autoprint is a leading player in mini offset presses in India and promises high returns on short to medium runs on this machine. Autoprint will manufacture ALCA GAMUT 250, Rotary Letter Press Intermittent Label Printing machine at its factory in Coimbatore.
Autoprint ALCA GAMUT 250 will be packed with features to cater to every kind of label printing – from the basic to the most complex. Its modular construction will allow for easy integration with flat bed die cutting unit, hot foiling unit, lamination, and computer sprocket hole punching unit for performing online operations/finishing. All types of printing materials can be used in this machine.
Says C. N. Ashok, Director Commercial, “The label industry is growing at a blistering pace. We are entering the market with proven technology. We also know that eventually our sheet fed customers will upgrade to label printing in the near future so we want to be ready to cash in on this opportunity. We have already bagged orders in Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat. The roll-out of the two machines will be in May this year. We expect to begin with a capacity of 15 machines a year and then scale to 24 by next year.”
