    ‘Global’ Presses From Kolkata Based Distributor

The Sivakasi based Graphic Reproduction Syndicate specialises in the printing of multi-colour self adhesive labels, hot foil stamped labels, barcode labels, die-cut labels and computer sprocket hole labels delivered in reel or sheet form. It has seven imported state-of-the-art label printing machines, two offset presses besides a fleet of coating, converting and other machinery. Recently, Graphic Reproduction Syndicate added Korea based Bang Sung Machinery’s 4 colour flat bed label printing machine to its existing fleet of flat bed and flexo label presses. Bang Sung’s “slope flat bed” label printing machines provide even printing pressure, longer machine life cycle and diversity of printing.

It’s now time for Mumbai based Preeti Arts to ride onto the flexo wave with their recently acquired 250 mm Etirama FlexoTop 6 colour Central Impression flexographic label press. Located in Mumbai, Preeti Arts has been promoted by Jagdish M. Zaveri, a philanthropist and founder president of the Screen Printers Association of India (SPAI). Under his mantle, Preeti Arts leads the wagon of self-adhesive labels and stickers manufacturers.

Etirama is a German-owned Brazil based company engaged in the manufacture of narrow web label presses since the last 40 years and has a strong presence in the Latin American & Western European markets. Etirama’s FlexoTop is a 6+1 colour CI Flexo Label Press for printing on variety of substrates including self adhesive materials, papers, board, aluminum foils and flexible films. It has the option of 6 colours front printing or 4 colours front printing and 2 colours back printing with maximum printing speed of 100 metres per minute. The varnish applicator is an independent station and can be used as 7th colour for overprinting. The converting section includes triple die cut station, sheeter and online slitter.
