Merger of Elder Pharmaceuticals with Elder Projects
Elder Pharmaceuticals, an enterprise of Saxena family has decided to merge with its group company, elder projects. According to the media reports, the company is also in talks with Italy based Pharma firm Acraf to supply active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) for the latter’s global needs. The Joint Managing Director, Vijay Paranjape, in an interview said, ``We are working on a proposal to merge the two companies. The proposal is subject to shareholders approval.’’
