Spectrodensitometers–Model SpectroEye / 528 / 530 The above instruments from X-Rite (Greta Macbeth) are handheld, portable Spectrodensitometers which offers all the Colorimetric functions needed to accurately measure and control special colors along with all the Densitometric functions needed to quickly and easily monitor process color’s on press. The Modular software structure helps the customer to choose only those functions that are needed & upgrade to the higher versions at minimal cost. The rugged structure of the instruments gives it a longer life. 2. Densitometers–Model DensiEye 700 / 508 / 518 The
above instruments from X-Rite (Greta Macbeth) provide a high speed,
high level of automation and accuracy. It measures most of the
critical factors in the printing process to help set up the press
quicker and recognize mistakes before they get out of control,
making it a cost effective addition to any pressroom running CMYK
jobs. 3. Colour Management Software’s–Profile Maker & Eye One Match Profile
Maker (Professional) & Eye One Match (Entry Level) features
individual modules that handle the various color imaging devices
and processes in your workflow. Start small, choosing only the
modules you need, with the freedom to add ad¬ditional modules
as your requirements change and grow. 4. Quality Control Software–Color Quality With Color Quality you will be able to meet the quality standards from the very beginning of every job. For each new job, you enter references and set color standards and tolerances. You also store information about the measurement conditions for each customer and any other important order details. The same color data can be checked, compared, displayed and statistically evaluated according to various criteria. Trends, CIELab, spectral values and statistics can be viewed at a glance. 5.
