These offerings come to you from the synergy of its group companies which include Associated Capsules, Packshield, Pam & Pam Pac amongst others.

ACG Processing Solutions include fluid Bed Granulation Systems, Empty Hard Capsules, Encapsulation Machinery, Tablet compression Systems, Tablet Tooling, Coating systems, On-line & In-Line Analytical & Inspection.

ACG Packaging Solutions include Barrier & Flexible Packaging Films from Packshield, Unit dose Packaging Equipment from Sarong marketed by Pam, blister Packing Machines, Cartooning Machines, Vision Systems, Candy Wrapping Machines, Pouch Packing Systems and End of Line Case Packers & Palletizes.

Blister Packing and Cartooning Systems are offered by Pampac and the Vision Systems, Confectionery Packaging Systems (in Joint Venture with Volpak, Spain) and End of Line Case Packers & Palletizes are manufactured and marketed by Pam. Pam also markets Shrink Wrappers from Autopak, Thailand & Unit Dosage Equipment from Sarong, Italy in India.

Products on Display:

Four Machines showcasing the latest technology will be displayed in the ACG Worldwide stand. They are as follows:-
1) Candy Wrapper(confectionery Packaging)
FPH2 Machine from Pam Pharmaceuticals & Allied Machinery Co. Pvt Ltd. is a product of a joint venture with Theegarten Pactec, Germany. It is a Horizontal high speed wrapping machine for hard candies & other pre- formed products in fin seal (Pillow Pack).

2) Optimized Vertical Form Fill & Seal Machine (Pouch Packaging):
V250 machine from Pam Pharmaceuticals & Allied Machinery Co. Pvt Ltd. is a product of a joint venture with Volpak, Spain. It is an optimized Vertical Form Fill & Seal Machine.

3) Case Packer
The Case Packer from Pam is a Fully Automated Servo Controlled Vertical Case Packer. It offers 4 jobs done by one machine. Case Erecting, Collating, Loading and Sealing is done by a single machine. It also saves on manpower as only one operator is required for the machine.

4) Shrink Packaging System
The Shrink Wrapper from Pam Pharmaceuticals & Allied Machinery co. Pvt Ltd. is product of joint venture with Autopack, Thailand. It is Fully Automatic Shrink Wrapping System with Integral Vertical Collator specifically Designed for Stacking & Shrink Wrapping of rectangular products like Pharmaceutical Cartons, Soap Cakes, Tooth Paste, Reams of Paper, Shoe Boxes & Many other.
