Rollatainers
is one of the largest manufacturer of lined cartons,
mono cartons, shaped cartons, flexible packaging materials
and various types of packaging machineries providing
the complete packaging solution under one roof to the
customers.
The
new state of the art ISO 9000 certified plant situated
at Dharuhera (Haryana) on the Jaipur Highway, maintain
high class hygiene for food and cosmetic industry. In
its carton manufacturing division it has a new 6 colour
Mitsubishi printing machine with interdeck uv curing,
uv coater with close control on uv coating GSM, Bobst
SP102 die punching machine, Sugano die punching machines,
Bobst FKM folder gluer, FLM machines, pile turner, sheet
cutting machines, PET and BOPP over lamination. Its
machine manufacturing division can supply various types
of lined carton machines to pack liquid, powder and
granular products. Rollatainers also provides automatic
horizontal form fill seal machines with reclosable type
plastic spouts for packing face cream, food products
etc. The flexible manufacturing plant has 9 colour rotogravure
printing machine, 6 colour CI flexo press, solvent less
laminator from Schiavi, dry laminators, extrusion, coating
from ERWAPA, 3 layer blown film plant and pouch making
facility of all types.
