and container filling machines.
Pakona horizontal FFS machine is state of technology
equipment where pouches of various types can be formed
on-line followed by fitting and seating operation. Pouch
with spout, zipper and standy shaped pouches can be
formed on Pakona simplex and duplex model HFFS Machines.
PK 92 DUPLEX Model is capable of forming pouch upto
140 mm width and 210mm height at speed of 130 pouches
per minute. Pakona HFFS machines are working very satisfactorily
with all leading Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Consumer durable
companies including mnc's. Pakona’s VFFS machines
model PK-30 a PK-70 are in use with all leading companies
operating in the field of seeds, food, cereals, granules,
powder, namkeens packing into laminate/ virgin film
pouches. High speed model PK-74 is capable of running
at 120 plus per minute speed.
Pakona cartoner is a high speed horizontal pouch in
carton packing Machine, built in technical collaboration
with Jacob White, U.K. Its cartoning machine model NSX-5
and is capable of running at speed of 150 plus cartons
per minute.
Pakona container filling lines are well known in powder
segment for packing into glass, tin, plastic, pet bottle
or container.
